[TCRA] vital information to members

To all members of TCRA:

I found out over the weekend that the wife of Dale Reinhart, Dolores, passed 
away last Monday morning. The funeral was today, Monday the 21st. They were 
married for 55 years.
Flowers were sent on behalf of the members of TCRA. I'm sure Dale would
